  17. To be served with

  1. Finely chop the veges. Take semolina, curd n rice flour together. Add enough water n mix well. Keep it covered for 20 to 30 minutes. Add all the chopped veges.
  2. Add all the masalas mentioned above n mix well.
  3. Pour batter n make small size uttapams. U can use whichever pan you like. Either grill or frying pan. I used both to save time. Cover the pans n let uttapams cook well. When you see the sides are golden.
  4. Flip them n cook from another side.
  5. Make all the uttapams like this. U can eat them as they are. Or u can crush them n pour sambhar n relish it.
  6. With hot sambhar it tastes amazing.
