  1. Make powder of Oats in a blender jar. Take out Oats powder in a mixing bowl.Add salt, thing, rice flour, cumin seeds. Mix well.
  2. Now add yogurt and water to make a batter like dosa batter consistency. Cover and rest for 15 mins. Now add grated carrot, Coriander leaves, chopped Ginger, Chopped green chilli and finely chopped cabbage..Mix well. Add little water to make dosa batter consistency.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan. In a bowl take 1/2 cup dosa batter. Add 1/4 tsp eno soda. Mix well Quickly spread batter on pan as thin as u can. Apply 1/2 tsp oil all around dosa. Flip to other side and Cook till golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
