- Mix until there are no lumps, batter should be pourable in consistency and keep it aside for 10 mins
- Now use a dropper like sauce bottle or use empty milk packets by filling the batter and make a small cut at the end
- Now on the other side take the sugar, add less than 1/4 cup water and make sugar syrup until it gets 1 string consistency
- Add lemon to the sugar syrup. Now start making jilebi by squeezing the batter into a circular shape directly into oil. Guys keep the flame low or else everything will break
- Fry till the bubbles settle and then immediately transfer it to the sugar syrup. Leave it for 5 mins. Serve it hot by garnishing with chopped badam🤤
