- IDLI__wash all the ingredients separately except salt soak for3-4hrs, Grind it.mix all along with salt, leave overnight for fermentation,pour it in greased Idli stand & steam for 15 min in cooker without using whistle
- For sambhar..In pressure cooker put washed Tuar dal+2cup of water+turmeric powder+salt cook for 1whistle,slow the flame for min.let it cool add all the veggie veggies, sambhar masala.and cook for 1 whistle.after cooling open the lid add imlipulp and jaggeri cook for 5min on slow flame. In tadka pan heat the oil and add all the ingredients pour it in cooker
- Take roasted splited gram or peanuts add all ingredients and grind well.
