- Boil 3 glass of water in a pan.Add little salt in it.Add 2 chopped garlic cloves.Now add 1 cup soya chunks in it.Boil till they are soft.
- After 3-4 mins turn off the flame.Strain and let soya chunks cool down for 10 mins.
- In the meanwhile lets prepare marinade.In a bowl add 1/2 cup Yoghurt,garam masala, kashmiri chilli powder, black pepper,chat masala, turmeric powder,jeera powder.Mix everything well.
- Add ginger garlic crushed in it.Now add mustard oil in it Mix everything well and keep it aside.
- Now squeeze the extra water from soya chunks.Add soya chunks to the marinade.
- Now add rice flour,corn flour,salt.Mix everything well and coat soya chunks with marinade.Keep in refrigerator for 10 mins
- In the meanwhile lets make spinach chutney.In the jar take spinach, coriander leaves, garlic cloves green chillies,jeera powder 1/2 TSP jeera powder, asafoetida,salt to taste 1/4 cup yoghurt. Grind to chutney
- Chutney is ready now let's make soya crispies.Fry marinated soya chunks in medium hot oil till crisp.
