  1. In a grinder, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, a tablespoon of lemon juice, curd and green chillies and grind it into smooth paste.
  2. Now take a bowl, add rest curd, all spices, mint-coriander mixture and left lemon juice and mix it well then add potatoes, soya chunks and paneer in it and put this in fridge for 2-3 hours. (You can marinate in for an hour too)
  3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, pepper corn, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon in it and allow it to crackle.
  4. Now add marinated mixture in it and cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Then add soaked rice in it and mix it well.
  6. Now add water as per the requirement and cook it well then switch off the flame.
  7. Paneer- soya biryani is ready to serve now.
