This recipe is an innovative one by me. I have taken different flours and winter veggies to make a wholesome diet. You can eat as such without any side item or with dal , Chhole or Sambar .

  1. 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup Makki ki flour
  3. 1/2 cup Rice flour
  4. 1 tbsp Oats flour
  5. 1 tbsp Semolina (sooji)
  6. 1 tbsp Besan
  7. Finely chopped winter veggies you like
  8. 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tsp chopped Ginger
  10. 1 tbsp chopped Onion
  11. 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes

  13. 1/2 cup yoghurt (dahi)
  14. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tsp Nigella seeds (kala jeera)
  16. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  17. 1 tsp Chat masala
  18. 1/3 tsp black salt
  19. 1/3 black pepper power
  20. 1 tsp sugar
  21. to taste Salt
  22. Cooking oil

Steps to make to make Mix veggies Chilla

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except cooking oil) to make a batter not so thick or not so thin.
  2. Take a nonstick pan. Heat and smear with oil. Spread 2 ladles of batter and spread evenly.
