- 1 tea spoon Black pepper crushed
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- Green coriander 2 teaspoon chopped
- Ghee for frying

- Heat ghee add onion and cook untill golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste add chicken and cook and add all spices and green chillies,tomatoes and cook for 10 min than add 2 cup of water and cover for 10 min
- Than add curd and bhonify and salt as taste and than add rice and add water 6,7cups and cook for 3 min untill it comes up bubbles
- Than cover rice and put it on daam for 15 min untill water dry
- Take boiled potatoes and add spices and salt and make balls and shape it
- Now heat oil or ghee and dip it in beaten eggs and fry.now serve with achar and raita
