    Phir meat me daal aur wheat dal kar mix karein aur medium heat per pakein aur mathi se achi trah ghotain ya hand blender se blend kar Len. jab continuously haleem ki trah ho Jay to flame off kar dun aur is me tarka laga dhen.

    Ek fry pan me 1/2 cup oil dal kar onion golden brown kar k nikal Len aur oil Daleem me dal dhen.
